       The previous author engages in an ignoratio elenchi- red herring, because quantum theory has nothing to do with our minds.
       Yes, physicalism/materialism does claim that we are only physical beings, having no souls.That author also makes  the  fallacy of composition in that what happens at the quantum level has nothing to do with what happens to our personhood.
       Physicalism/ materialism does not reduce us to physics but to biology! What an absurdity! A straw man!
      Per [Matt] McCormicks' God cannot think argument, the one  from physical mind and another one, a disembodied mind would be contrary to our conservation -background - of knowledge, and thus, to find such a mind is just another argument from ignorance.
      Thus, we materialists carry no such burden as he claims!
